Cannot open links on Google when connected to TalkTalk home wifi

Hi ,

Last few days we have been have a problem opening links on Google when connected to our home wifi, this is happening on a windows laptop, android and iphones in the household. If I disconnect the wifi on my phone and use mobile data I have no problems but if I'm using my home wifi I can't open any links. Anyone had this issue. Everything was fine until about a week ago.

That seems strange. Have you perhaps changed any settings on Google, or are you using HomeSafe at all? Subject to that, the support team will look to help when they pick this up.

Hi Michael, have you tried turning the router off for 30 minutes then turning it back on again. Unless you have HomeSafe enabled this should clear the problem.
