      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive had no broadband for nearly 2 weeks, I've tried calling and have hours on the chat!! We should have had an engineer out yesterday but no one turned up, any advice on how I can this resolved before I throw the lot out the door! #nobroadband&lt;/P&gt;</description>
