When I open my iPhone SE it has frequently lost its internet connection and has reverted to 5G even though there is blue tick. The only way to restore it is to toggle off the wifi and after about 10 seconds turn it on again. This problem only occurs when I am at home trying to connect to my router. I have not had this issue at all when I have been in other locations connecting to other routers. This has been going on for several months so hope I can get help to resolve it.

Which router are you using please? (make and model)

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

Name

Telephone number or Account number

Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks
