      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having difficulty getting through to this diabolical company. The phone lines are constantly busy, the chat is a waste of space. I have had no connection via Ethernet for tv connection for a week. I have spent a fortune in calls. Thoroughly sick of it. Well when they don’t get their money I am sure they will contact me pronto. Complained ++ makes no odds. Anyone else feel the same?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How is your Ethernet connection delivered to your TV? Is it a direct single Ethernet cable, or is it delivered via power line adapters?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What make model of router &amp;amp; if appropriate power line adapters do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If PLAs, what lights are on them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
