topic Delete Eero Profile in Fibre

I have setup 2 profiles for my 2 eeros, Living Room and Hallway. I have response issues and I have been advised to change my DNS addresses. However, eero security won’t let me unless I first delete my profiles but I cannot see a way to do this.

To change the network DNS servers to Google or similar, you must disable eero Secure.

The profiles affect devices, not the gateway eero, which is where you change the network DNS server, as above. To answer your question though about profiles. You cannot delete a profile without first removing any devices that are in that profile.

It sounds like you would be better off describing the exact problem that you have & letting us help you.
