Hi,

I have just been upgraded from copper wire to fibre optic.

My laptop, tablet, Android mobile phone and Blink security cameras all work.

However, the central heating controller (as above) does not work. My plumber, who installed it hasmì tried without success. It has worked prior to my new modem. It is designed to only work on 2.4 GHz so my plumber was able to access the modem and suppress the 5 GHz signal, still Bosch controller failed to connect.

Modem is FAST 5464-2 T4

Any suggestions welcome.

OK, given that Blink devices only work on the 2.4GHz band also that is puzzling. Have you reached out to Bosch support directly?
