&lt;P&gt;You can't do it via the forum, and Chat would require a callback to complete the process, so it is more time efficient for you to make the call yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Speak to Retentions&amp;nbsp; / the Loyalty Team and just insist that you are actually cancelling. You'll need to negotiate Early Termination Charges if you have time left on your contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But they won't waive these unless you have given them every chance to sort out the problem first.&lt;/P&gt;
