Hello,

Please can the WIFI Optimisation be turned off on my router.

About 3 weeks ago I set this to to channel 6, however since last weekend it has moved back to channel 1, and then again last night after I manually set it to channel 8.

WIFI Channel 1 causes known issues with BG Hive sensors. So WIFI channel 1 is no use to me.

Thanks for creating a new topic. Unfortunately we no longer are able to switch off wifi optimisation but we can help with the wireless performance. Is it just the Hive sensors which are experiencing this issue? How far away are these devices from your router please?

Thank you for the quick reply. Can you please explain a bit more, or explain why over last weekend why my Wifi channel changed to 1 and again last night after I moved it to channel 8?

The Hive sensors work fine, and have done so for a number of weeks, when the Wifi channel is not set to channel 1, so I don't believe this is related to distance.
