      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been imported from Shell Broadband and now get TalkTalk billing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Every time I try to access my account I get an old talk talk account(closed almost 3years ago). How do I go about fixing this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
