My broadband drops out during busy usage .for example when strictly is being broadcast.I am on CityFibre,I had no trouble when I was on copper wire.

I'm sorry to hear this. Are you currently using an eero or a wifi hub router? Does the connection drop on all devices at the same time or just the one device please?

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for replying to my problem; the router is the one installed when City Fibre installed the cable.The problem only affects the television and only started about three weeks ago.
