Removed Shell Basic Rating Modifier

Hi Ive just renewed my broadband package, after being transfered from Shell a year ago when they moved us all across. The email I received said I had removed shell basic rating modifier. Can anyoune tell me what this is please because I didnt even know I had it let alone that Id removed it.

It appears to be a value added service for voice, it's been removed as part of network alignment (changing from Shell to TalkTalk) - if you need any more information you probably better speaking to the Shell migration team, they should be able to help
