From how you describe it this could be a continuation of your existing service. I think what you are really asking about is whether this is the free upgrade to the Full Fibre service, which if it was, would say so.

Hi.

I have had a loyalty offer via email. I am on Fibre 65, but using the existing copper cables,in short no external cable, i also have a telephone, using the existing copper cable. The offer says FIBRE 65, i am correct in thinking this is just a continuation of my existing package, or is it a attempt to move me over to a system, that requires a external cable.

Thanks

HI tsmiggy

Does the offer mention Full fibre?

Your contract doesn't expire for another 5 months, so not sure why that has been sent to you, Full Fibre is available to you so you can choose to take it.
