hi, i have had f-secure (supersafe) on my 3 devices for several years. i had a f-secure update on my windows 10 pc a couple of days ago and although f-secure tells me i am protected , my browser says " it cannot connect to application" and instead of a green dot the super safe icon it shows a red dot and tells me it" cannot connect to application." so i dont think i am protected now because of update.

everything on my windows 11 laptop seems ok. i have it on my smart phone too, it tells me i am protected but there is no way of knowing if i am.

am i correct in thinking i need to uninstall f- secure from pc and then reinstall it again please? i am not very good at these things but i do need to fix this. please can you advise me? thankyou

Hi lisbeth, have your tried removing and reinstalling the software on the affected device? If not give that a go, the update may have corrupted and left you with this result.
