White light but no internet

Last weekend after no problems for 18 months, my internet went off, however the light stayed white on the router.

After a while I turned off the router, gave it 30 seconds and put it back on, the internet soon returned.

This started happening every 6-12 hours, and so Talktalk have sent out a new router, after only 3 hours of using it, the same issue has occurred, and so again I have to turn the router off, then on again to get the internet going each time.

Any suggestions? Very frustrating.
