&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the delay - Update 8:40PM &amp;nbsp;December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Internet connection  keeps dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Friday 13th December.&amp;nbsp; I keep loosing Internet connection.&amp;nbsp; The light stays solid on the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried resetting the router and all the other checks. Even tried testing my line and speed on my account but it wouldn't let me do this it said I needed to contact talktalk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are all having to use our own mobile data to access the Internet and also unable to watch tv . This is very frustrating as I have tried to start a live chat and been left waiting for hours then it's timed out.&amp;nbsp; That was yesterday and today. So not sure what else to do. as I see a lot of people experiencing the same problems.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem with us&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spoken to TalkTalk re booted etc still same problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;terrible service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can we do ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. We've raised this particular issue (white light on router/no connection) to our Network Team and they are investigating this particular fault. I'll keep you updated here as soon as I knore more.&lt;/P&gt;
