      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My Ethernet ports are not working I've tried multiple brand new Ethernet cables yet nothing seems to be working. My WiFi is working but no internet connection with the Ethernet ports. I have the fibre 35 router.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting the router?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not work try a pinhole reset to reset to factory settings. You will then need to change your user id and password if you have previously changed them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One further thought, are your devices that use ethernet connected directly to the router or via power line plugs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the latter are all the lights on, just in case it's these that are faulty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
