      <title>Constant disconnecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing on behalf of my in-laws who have had talk talk for a number of years, a couple of years on fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that their internet keeps disconnecting. Normally it’ll start with devices disconnecting and streams stopping. Looking at the lights on the router , the connection light goes red. If I then reboot the router it comes back on again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run a line checks which comes back as ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anything else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff usually deal only with the account holder if they need to get agreement for engineer visits etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have PoA or are you a nominated user? You may put their details in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Private Notes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;for staff to deal with the preliminaries.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's found towards the end of&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;in the profile area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...add&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;your own details in Personal Information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Their details in Private Notes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Staff will not be back before Friday on here, then Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
