Hi

The G.fast service is in sync at 160mb, and tests are clear with no issues detected.

A new router is on the way to you for testing.

Thanks

Karl.

Even after an Openreach engineers visit and 3 on line chats and a very long phone call with a tech person my Wi-Fi is still dropping every few minutes and therefore completely unreliable. I’m fed up paying for a service that I am not receiving but my contract does not end until May 25 is there anything I can do? I have asked to be sent a new router but to date have heard nothing.

You say that your WiFi is dropping out, but I think you mean the fibre is, please can you clarify?

1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What package are you on?
3. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router when this happens?
4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
