    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a TalkTalk customer for many years and have had the same HG633 router since joining.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the last 6 months my connection just “dies”&amp;nbsp;This can be I the middle of making an order on line or ending an email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Talk talk yesterday and after 3 calls was advised to call today as their IT system was down&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called today and went through the usual frustating algorithm questions only then to be transferred to them calling my mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was treated as a new enquiry so the lady started the algorithms again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This included asking for medical information and trying to sell me another package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I said I don't want another package just a replacement for my very old HG633.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wont go into details but as the call was recorded Talk Talk can listen to how it progressed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who can I contact to have a real conversation about replacing a very old piece of equipment provided by Talk Talk over 10 years ago??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Near the top you'll see a blue&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;start a topic&lt;/STRONG&gt; button to click on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you've written your post you have to pick a label to tag it to help it through the workflow to the right person.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just post then in the usual way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
