Has anyone had a fix on the recent loss to internet connectivity? I had multiple drop outs yesterday and then finally a total loss. My router is trying to connect and my Lan light even goes green for approx 30sec. Checks done by agents didn't solve it. I have even tried a spare router with the same result. Now waiting for different team to sort out.

I have power light and Pon on constant. Lan will turn green for 30 secs as the router tries to sync.

Thanks. Could you switch the ONT and router off for 30 minutes then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Chris

Hi Chris. Ont and router have both been disconnected for 30 mins. Both are now switched on but this has not fixed the issue.

FYI. Issue now fixed with help from BT engineer who talked me through it. My issue was a resolved by a simple change of LAN cable which appears to have been faulty.
