    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen so many posts about this, but none have included a solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting between 5%-30% packet loss when I play games which makes it unplayable as it makes assets and players flicker and reduces my FPS to 5-20. I purposefully went with TalkTalk because the speeds were really good for gaming yet I can't even play the games I want to play.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried everything:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Resetting, restarting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Altering my game settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Wired &amp;amp; wireless connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens on both my computer and my partners&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://files.catbox.moe/fy5gkm.png" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've passed the cooldown deadline since I got the router a few days before christmas and only came back from visiting family a couple days ago so now I guess I'm stuck in this contract &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can see in this clip just how bad it is when playing GTA 5 Fivem (sorry headphone warning I listen to music very loud)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/jkGkgcGRB03XvgYdy?invite=cr-MSw5b2osNzQ2MTYwNTAs" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/jkGkgcGRB03XvgYdy?invite=cr-MSw5b2osNzQ2MTYwNTAs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?&lt;BR /&gt;2. What package are you on?&lt;BR /&gt;3. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router when this happens?&lt;BR /&gt;4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
