Hi

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

Thanks

Karl

I’ve had problems for the past 3 weeks I’ve called TalkTalk, multiple times a week my router constantly blinks orange and I’m left with no internet for days or sometimes just hours, everytime I call they do line tests, doesn’t work in test socket either, booked an engineer he didn’t turn up, is there a way of applying for a new router just to see if the router is the issue without having to beg them on the phone

Hi walton98

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thanks
