I had TalkTalk installed in June 24 but have had connection issues from day one. Have had engineers out a few times and they haven’t been able to completely resolve the issue. First engineer said best I could get was 8mbps but once a few devices are connected everyone’s connection drops out.

Have also notice on my contract I have guaranteed minimum download speed of 19mbps.

Very frustrating trying to contact customer support as when I get through we go through the usual turn router off and on etc. When I mention I’m getting less than the guaranteed speed the chat agent disconnects.

To make matters worse, the last engineer was here on 31st December and have just received my latest bill, have been charged £75 for missed visit because the engineer was unable to gain access’. He was at my house and TalkTalk have the report

Really disappointed with the customer service provided by TalkTalk
