Internet Drop Outs

Wondering if anyone can help

I'm Working from home when joining Microsoft teams meeting in finding the internet drops out every minute or so and then will re-establish connection in 5 - 10 seconds, I have tried changing wifi channels in the router but the same issue occurs, does anyone know how to fix this?

When I'm on my own 5g Hotspot this isn't an issue at all

The bt modem doesn't lose connection so suspecting it could be a router issue?

have you tested wired to the router to see if the drop outs are only affecting Wi-Fi ?
