Cannot have a visual and sound conversation on face book for more than say 10 miniutes before every thing drops out . This applies to very local calls also Austrailia.Before we switched to. eero a couple of weeks ago we could talk perfect on facetime for any length of time we wished .

We only use one device when we are face timing be fore we changed to erro we hardly ever lost the signal and talked for long periods to our family in Austrailia it even now loses signal when we are on to very local people . the distance from the I pad we use to FaceTime time is 3 meters . We have a second erro in the centre of the house which works emails and Netflix in other rooms ok.
I must say I find having to go to emails to get the number code you sent while trying to connect on this page messy Sorry ! Ken
