Hello,

I'm sorry to hear this. Are you using the wifi hub router? Does this also happen if you connect the device wired to the router?

Thanks

Hi there, I'm having an issue with what I think may be my hub dropping out at times. I have been trying to record a streaming audio file on Audacity and after a specific time (2hrs 21 mins) the stream stops and I receive an error message saying that the connection was lost and my router is possibly to blame. The stream stops and the error message appears at the exact same time - I have tried this three times now. Could this be a setting within the router? Any ideas? I have a hub and Fibre 65. I have tried to check the logs but I can only see the first page and get kicked out when I try to change the pages. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Michelle, this happens when I'm on Wifi or connected to the router via a powerline connection.

Morning,

Ok thanks for confirming. Have you tried factory resetting the Wifi Hub and then re-set it back up again?
