Text messages re Full Fibre Broadband

I have had 2 text messages purporting to be from BT saying an engineer will call tomorrow to install Full Fibre Broadband. I presume these are scams, has anyone else had them?

Do you mean Openreach, @Joancaz?

If they are calling themselves BT, it's definitely a scam. You'd usually get much more notice than this but if in doubt, run it past Chat.

Engineer visits and upgrades do get communicated by text, but that doesn't mean this is valid.
