Hello,

I'm having a problem where I've just signed up to TalkTalk and the date provided for go live was "18th February". Because of this, the notification has been sent to my old provider (NOW) that my service with them is to end on the 18th.

This would be okay and meet the expectations that have been set, but I then received a text message from Openreach about an engineer visit for the 20th. I assumed they must be visiting to install a full fibre line after my account goes live on the 18th so I can upgrade.

Upon checking My Account, I can see it's saying my new router will be delivered the 19th and go live on 20th.

How is my router getting delivered on the 19th when I need my internet on the 18th? Was the ordering system not transferring the message across correctly?

Could someone from Talktalk please assist and change my dates?
