The guide button on my remote has started to shoiw inly BBC channels and ignores ITV channels. I have re-tuned and tried lotsofthings but cannot rectify this. Any ideas?

Do you have a 4k box? If so others have reported a recommended reset of the box seems to have worked.

To reset the box, press the button on the left hand side 5 times and the box will restart.

You will though lose your recordings of you use this function.
