&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your post. I've run a test on your line now which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket please?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I should be getting art least upload of 10 Mbps on my fibre 35 but I am only getting 6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am the only one using an ipad this morning and there is only two people in the house .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no telly on or anything that could interrupt&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this 6Mbps you quote the router sync speed or a result of a speed test throughput speed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's throughput, how does the sync speed compare?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this over WiFi? and if so, how does it compare to the speed on a wired ethernet connected device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bearing in mind that 10Mbps is the maximum upload speed possible on the Fibre35 package, why do you believe you should be getting that speed? Were you previously getting 10Mbps upload and it has dropped recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What download speed are you getting for comparison?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
