Why have I been sent a TT old equipment recycle return bag, 'out of the blue'. I have not cancelled my contract.......

Our logistics teams have identified that a small number of returns bags have been sent in error, so you can keep hold of the bag if you ever need it in the future.

They may be presuming you will accept the offer if an upgrade to Full Fibre 150, which is likely to come with an Eero, rather than a Sagemcom.

If you get Fibre150 set up with VOIP, it will be the Hub 2 Sagemcom if they don't send the Eero, so that the phone can be plugged in at the back.

With the Eero, a Digital Voice Adapter would be sent for the phone.
