      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the email I guess we all received about a price increase of £12 if I opted to keep my landline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opted for disconnection of landline and keeping Full Fibre Data only at the same price as I currently pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received an email from The One Broadband saying they are ready to connect me. Does anybody know if this is a scam or do they have a partnership with TalkTalk?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or information would be very welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to check that no one has put in an application with the other company at your address, and put a stop to it / clarify your situation with them.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sometimes errors happen innocently with a slip of the finger but it can be malicious&amp;nbsp; / a phishing scam.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
