Last evening, and until about 10:00 this morning I had no internet on my phone, and my mobile signal is very poor here. My phone is Moto G54 5G running Android 14. I used the Signal Detector app to Ping a website and no packets were received.

Was there an issue?

At the time you experienced the fault, were any issues showing on our service status page?
