Failure of One TalkTalk Powerline Adaptor

One TalkTalk Supplied PowerLine Adaptor has failed, no lights showing.

Have interchanged them with no result.

Have checked all connections and have tried to reconnect them in a double power socket with no success, also have shut down Router for recommended duration, again with no result.

TV light on Router is not illuminated.

Can you assist please

I don't think they supply them any more, but if you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online from Monday.

Powerline adapters were initially supplied to connect the older youview boxes to the router, when not in the same room. These have not been supplied for some time now, and TalkTalk no longer supply powerline adapters.
