      <description>&lt;P&gt;My&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sagemcom-FAST5364 router is constantly dropping connections. Speed tests when it works is ok but then connection drops. I've had the router for around 4 years or so. Please may I get a new one? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't know how else to ask. The chat bot just went around in circles then ignored me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
