topic Upgrading from Eero 6 to Eero pro 6 in Fibre

Hi just had delivery of Eero pro 6 instructions seem quite straight forward in leaflet. In reality just plug in and follow the striations on the app. Plugged in and powered on nothing happened on the app. I presume because this is a new device. Doing have delete the old device? Does this then allow you to add the new pro 6? I wonder if anyone else has come across this problem.

Thanks

Rob

I would delete the eero 6 first from your network. Connect the Pro 6 physically, then click the + icon in the app to add it.
