Having the same issue, have disconnected router for 30 mins which made no difference and even reset it, which has now upset all my smart items and it is still doing the same. Tried the chat yesterday, chatbot useless as its not a yes no issue as the Internet is still working even though the router is looking to connect. Waited for an agent to come into the chat for a while but I kept getting taken out of the queue by the bot to ask me if I still needed help and then re-adding me back in.

I'd ring but I'd get directed to online to go on the chat, so end up going in circles.

I noticed our router behaving the same since yesterday afternoon. Thought it might be queued firmware update or similar. Restarted the router inc. waiting 30 secs, Internet still functioning but the router light show is still there. It flashes amber 4 times with 2 blinks of white inbetween.

I did a chat bot thing online and the guy or whatever! Said as long as it isn’t affecting anything connected, phone, TV, computer etc., then don’t worry as it may be some outages and just ignore it. So doing just that, fingers crossed and carry on as they say🤞
