    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All - I have a continuous red light on my Wi-Fi router and as a result cannot connect to the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have re-booted both the router and the Open Reach device several times, including from the mains, but the problem is still the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice. would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Angelique&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned off the Wi-Fi router and Open Reach device at the mains and rebooted them both after 20 minutes, as suggested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp; no change. Still a continuous Orange light showing on the router. I'd say it's pointing to a faulty router. It is pretty old after all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently using a mobile Wi-Fi device to enable us to chat online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
