Missing Item in my Router Delivery

HI,

Please can someone help.

The engineers installed my new connection yesterday and when they opened the router box there was a major piece missing.

The 3 pin slide on adaptor for the router power supply was missing.

Therefore, I am unable to test and use my new service.

Hi, it is the power supply adaptor for the router. UK 3 pin that slides onto it is missing.
