I looked at my account it tells me I am on fibre 35, can you tell me what a fibre 35 connection box look like because no engineer has ever changed the connection box In my flat, I thought I was on a phone line connection. Can you help me please.

Hello there @Roberto54, basically, Fibre 35 is the equivalent of the Faster Fibre Package. Up to 40mb Download (Average 38mb) with Up to 10mb Upload which is Ideal for homes that use the internet for browsing, social media and shopping and have up to 5 devices online at once, including, Free Self Installation, Home Safe & Call Safe Included, Landline and Voice Services.

With the Fibre 35 plan, router which will be compatible will be our Wi-Fi Hub Black and Wi-Fi Hub.

Jusst to add, there won't be any "box" as such, just a modem/router which connects to the master phone socket.

@Roberto54, it's still copper to the house, so no change to the master socket. Hence no engineer visit to install it.

Known as Fibre to the Cabinet.

It's not Full Fibre, otherwise known as Fibre to the Premises, which does entail different infrastructure.
