      <description>&lt;P&gt;These boxes are approaching the end of their life and YouView (not TalkTalk) have been unable to run the latest technology of some apps for a few years now. These include ITVX and Netflix and now some users have reported Prime will not play, but there is nothing official on this on the YouView website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have seen other customers raise this so I suspect Prime have updated the software they use which is no longer compatible on the DN372T Box.&lt;/P&gt;
