Just as the post title says, and if posted in the wrong section, forgive me, just wondering if a bag will come in the post, to return equipment as the final bill is due next week?

If you have a shell sagemcom F5359 router you will need to return the equipment if you have any other router there is no need to return it.

Hi,

Sorry for late reply, it is a shell energy router, but not sure if sagemcom, we have switched to Virgin and Internet with TT was off the next morning, so still have the router in question. Confirm yes to returning router.

Hi there @Alecmills Please check at the back of your router if it is a shell sagemcom F5359 if it is, you will need to return it. However if not, please recycle it.
