Replacement router, no Internet

No Internet for 5 days.

Talktalk techs tried all possible checks. New router connections checked. Router is trying to connect but always fails.

Which make/model of router do you have & what is your package:-

Original broadband over ADSL
Fibre to the cabinet with copper wires to the house
Full fibre. If this is the case, who installed the Full Fibre, Openreach or CityFibre?
