&lt;P&gt;....when you phone or Chat with an agent they should run checks and if there's a fault, they should replace it. If you renew a contract within 4 months of the end of your minimum term you can ask for a replacement with the new contract. If it's not actually faulty and you can't set up a new contract you'll be charged for a new router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
