Wireless connections

When connecting devices (mobiles or tv) to the wireless, the Mac Filter mode as to be set to Allow all for the connections to succeed. However when Mac Filter mode is set to Allow devices can not connect. Note that I have added the devices mac address before changing Mac Filter Mode.

Any help?

Hi @windpower it would really help if you could tell us which router you have. I've never had to touch mac filter settings on my sagemcom hub.

Usually you just set the devices to recognise the router and add the wifi password that comes with the router, @windpower for the devices to pick it up.

We don't usually play with any settings unless you are wanting to change the wifi password etc to make it more secure.

Hi @windpower thanks for that. I would suggest removing all entries from the Mac list and reverting to the original Mac settings. Then try again
