This can refresh things.

I have Fibre 65 I have been checking speed tests for several days and I'm only getting half the download speed. When I tried to contact help desk I'm told "you're having problems which you are working to fix". I'm getting a bit fed up paying for a service I'm not getting. What is the problem and when will it be resolved? My contract is coming up for renewal but not sure I will.

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
Please see the link in my signature for ways to contact TalkTalk.
