Hello.

I have noticed my phone going off the past few days with this number, I don't tend to answer numbers I don't know and I was also working at the time.

It rung again about 15 minutes ago while at work, I decided to answer it and it was someone from TalkTalk who wanted to speak about my line and available packages.

I asked to be removed from marketing calls/emails but he said he cannot do it, how would I go about this please as I am happy with my current package and don't need calls like this.

Thanks for your post.

Im not sure why they are ringing you, you only renewed in December I will request that you are removed from marketing calls.
