FTTP not available

Im trying to join TT full fibre from a different supplier as im coming to the end of my contract with them but everytime ive tried it im told its not available yet in my area ( strange when im currently on FTTP) . Going online to check i find that every house in my postcode can sign up to fibre900 all except mine. Anyone come across this situation?

The fact that you are on you have FTTP in the area doesn’t mean TT can supply the service. The postcode isn’t an accurate check. Can your immediate neighbours get the service.

Yes both my immediate neighbours can be supplied by TT
