It depends on what you have ordered, some versions are data only.

If you have the Sagemcom HUB 2 then a DVA is not needed, VoIP is built in and there is a phone socket.

I am in the same boat requested one for the eero 6 and got sent a WiFi router then went on chat again it's as if they don't know what I'm talking about I even got the email I just want the box that attaches to the eero and allows me to plug my phone, still waiting since Tuesday last week
