      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently signed up for 900mb broadband on 17/02/23. However I've not received any kind of confirmation email, nothing in spam. Is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read so many posts and negative reviews I'm kind of regretting my decision in joining and may go elsewhere regardless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back to my question however, I called fibre support who didn't have a clue what planet they were on, and naturally my application cannot be found. I've not been issued with a reference/customers number or anything. The only thing that has happened is a hard search on my credit, which is fine. I find it odd if this is normal why leave people in the dark.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone please advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, I received a txt eventually with a timeslot for city fibre. On the txt I said cancel which appears to have cancelled the install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a txt from talk talk it appears a bit after "Hi, it's TalkTalk here. We successfully cancelled your order. Thank you."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So from that it appears to have done it. That's the only comms I've had from talk talk through all of the process. Bit sparse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
